Thanks to our special hardening process, we were the first to manufacture one-piece ledger blades 6 metres long and longer.
We were the first to manufacture long blades
The hardening is concentrated on the front part of the blade width and provides blades with a regular and uniform hardness of 64/65 Rockwell C, whether they are made of low or high alloy steel.
Selected raw materials to guarantee a long life
High alloy steel is ideal for shearing fabrics made from polypropylene, polyester and nylon, that are very abrasive and which rapidly deteriorate the cutting quality of traditional ledger blades.

Manufacturing

Ledger blades, hardness 64/65 Rockwell C or alloy steel, thickness 3 to 5 mm, width 80 to 145 mm, with or without slots.
